HOW IT WORKS IN 3 STEPS

  • Step 1

    Firstly, place your postcode in the box above to see if we deliver to your address. If yes, then proceed to select your product. If you have existing branded cylinders order our Trade - In option. Or if you don't have any to trade in, order our New Cylinder option.

    Once you have the Cylinders in your cart, proceed to select your delivery day. Then pay at checkout. From here place any empty cylinders at your front door, or if you are in a unit block, just somewhere safe for collection on the chosen day.

    The final step, stay up to date with a estimated time of delivery email that is sent the night before your delivery day. You can even track your delivery driver via the tracking feature found on the email. From here our team will promptly arrive for the cylinder exchange.

Do you deliver to apartment blocks?

Yes, we do deliver to apartment buildings! When delivering, we typically ring the doorbell of the intended recipient. If no one is home, we’ll either wait for another resident to grant us access to the foyer or kindly ask another resident if we can place the delivery safely inside for you. This ensures your order is securely left in a convenient location, even if you're not available at the time of delivery.

What's the delivery cost?

We have a Flat Fee for all orders: We keep things simple with a flat delivery fee of $5 for all orders. No surprises no matter if you are in zone 1 or 2.

How much am I saving with Sodashift refills, including delivery?

With Sodashift, you're still saving! 1 refill will cost $15, including delivery, compared to $20 at most stores. That means you're saving $5 per refill, and you don't even have to leave your house.

But, if you refill multiple cylinders at once, you save even more! For example, refilling 3 cylinders with us costs $35, while it would be $60 at the shop—saving you $25 in total, including delivery.

Do you swap the pink QuickConnect?

At this stage, we only supply the standard screw-in type cylinders, but we’re planning to offer the pink QuickConnect Sodastream cylinders in the future. Keep an eye out here for updates!
